Kelli Carpenter has changed her identity, found a new career and thinks she’s safe, but she still keeps plenty of distance between herself and everyone else. Someday, she fears, someone will connect her to Casey Wallace and a crime that would put her in prison for life.
When handsome stranger Blake Windsor shows up purporting to be a handyman at the wilderness job site where Kelli is working, her instincts tell her to send him away, but Blake has her boss’s approval and without him, the project won’t be completed on time.
